Office Assistant/ Sales/ Marketing

for Spa & Cosmetic Tattoo Academy

​

This is a part-time position with a full-time opportunity.

​

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone inquiries, direct calls, and providing company information

  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands, maintaining client’s files, and organizing documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed

  • Greeting clients and visitors

  • Scheduling clients and coordinating appointments

  • Writing contracts and proposals

  • Helping organize and maintain spa common areas

  • Coordinating and participating in Spa & Academy events

  • Promotions and sales (advertising/ social media/ marketing)

  • Basic accounting and cashier duties (creating and sending invoices, paying bills)

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field a plus

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized multitask who works well in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company

  • Previous experience with developing marketing and promotional strategies, as well as advertising campaigns is a plus

  • Must have valid state license and work permit in USA

  • Esthetician, Cosmetology or Permanent Makeup license is a plus

  • Spanish and/or Polish is a plus

  • Creative, reliable and trustworthy

  • Must be willing to present references from last two jobs
